World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Item upgrades provide players with the ability to upgrade equipment that they already own. This can be done at any item upgrader NPC.
Upgrades increase the main stat of an item and also add extras depending on its type. Examples include Whistan's shield for FB sorcs or Goldwrap for caster builds.
Armour

When it comes to acquiring the necessary upgrade components, you'll find them in a variety of places around Hyrule, including shrines, shops and even enemies. They're usually identified with the blue triangle or gold circle symbol and can be found in great numbers as you progress. Although they can appear randomly, there's a chance that acquiring certain upgrade components will result in quests that reward players with more.
It is also important to note that even though the amount of protection offered by each upgrade differs however, it's the same for all upgrades and will always be better than nothing. A full set of upgraded armor will give you a powerful defense boost that can protect you from all types of attacks and will also protect against magic. Weapons

A character can only upgrade one item of magic. If an upgrade project is canceled, no further upgrades will be made for the item. Magic items that are upgraded will cost twice the amount of gold it would cost to make or purchase however, they also offer additional benefits.
A magical item could be any item that has special properties or effects. The majority of these items are weapons, however some are also shields, armor and cloaks, potions, rings, scrolls, and other items. Some of these items have a sense of being.

Utility Items
Utility items are equipment that do not fit into the categories of clothing, armor or Weapons and offer various capabilities. Unlike Armor and Weapons they are not a single utility item that will be in conflict with the other. The majority of utility items have a passive effect that the player can activate by using them, but some also have additional capabilities that activate when the user presses a button or activates a skill.
The Flashlight is the most common accessory. It is used to illuminate the area around it. Other utility items include the Helicopter Cap and Rocket Boots which allow the player to float in mid-air while moving, and the Jetpack that allows him to accelerate in any directions when on the ground. A variety of utility items can be instantly created in the Engineering section, while others can be unlocked through research projects or experimental projects at the Proving Ground.
Players can unlock more powerful utility items in addition to the items that are available in their normal inventory by purchasing them from the Atomic Shop or from seasonal Scoreboard rewards. Certain of these items can be upgraded for more efficient use.
